Meet your coach:
Dr. June Firkser, PT, DPT
With over a decade of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist and a strong foundation in endurance and performance training, I help athletes develop speed, strength, and efficient movement patterns that keep them healthy and competitive. My coaching blends evidence-based strength and mobility strategies with age-appropriate, data-driven training plans designed to build power, prevent injury, and maximize athletic potential—whether on the field, court, or on race day.
To further support youth athletes, I am currently deepening my knowledge in speed and agility development through certification with the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), ensuring that my athletes benefit from the latest research and best practices in long-term athletic development.
Beyond coaching, I’m a wife and mom to twin girls, who keep me moving as my favorite little training partners. I love adventure traveling, boarding, running, cooking, and finding adventure in everyday life.
By combining professional expertise with a passion for helping athletes grow, I’m committed to supporting young athletes and adults alike in becoming faster, stronger, and more confident-both in sports and in life.
Some proud moments for me:
