There's nothing like training for a race, especially when you have extra guidance, recommendations, and a personal cheerleader. June does all of this as a running coach! Weekly check-ins were so helpful to tailor my program and assist in encouragement when I felt I wasn't running my best. June helps encourage running for every Body, but also promote community. She is a great asset to your training!

As someone who only really ran as a punishment in sports, I picked up biking and thought I’d never look back. Circumstances changed and I needed help to get back to running. Luckily, I have a friend that was able to help with just that. June took me under her wing as a patient for physical therapy and that evolved into kind of an impromptu run coaching situation. She preached core and posterior chain strength as the building blocks for an efficient runner, so that is indeed what she beat into me in our physical therapy sessions. Then she helped me adjust my plan to start building miles with scheduled interval runs and how to approach those in a way that would help me build to a weekly long run. I struggled with 1 mile when we started and got to a point where I was able to go and push through 8 miles within four to five months. Her knowledge of running coupled with her career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy make her the perfect coach for any runner at any level, I am testament to that. She can help you with every aspect- stamina, strength, flexibility, and recovery. You can’t go wrong! -Phil
